What is the Vega II Automatic Saw?
The Vega II is a high-performance, semi-automatic up-cut miter saw designed for the precision cutting of aluminum, PVC, and light-alloy profiles. Equipped with a hydro-pneumatic feed system, the Vega II ensures a smooth, consistent cutting stroke that eliminates the "human error" of manual handle pulling. With its integrated pneumatic clamping and mist-spray cooling.

VEGA II Automatic Saw 16″ Blade is a dependable automatic single head saw equipped with a Ø 400 mm saw blade, designed for accurate cutting of aluminum, plastic, and wooden profiles. Built for consistent performance and operator safety, it offers an ideal balance of precision, durability, and ease of use for everyday production needs.
Engineered with a double spring system and protective saw barrier, the VEGA–II ensures safe cutting operations, while its impact-resistant cast core construction provides long-term durability in demanding workshop environments. The machine supports cutting at any angle between –45° and +45°, along with preset fixed angles at 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, and 45° on both right and left sides, allowing fast and repeatable angle changes.
Cutting quality is enhanced through hydro-pneumatic cutting motion with profile-based cutting speed adjustment, delivering smooth and controlled cuts across different materials and thicknesses. Pneumatic vertical and horizontal clamps securely hold profiles in place, ensuring stability and accuracy during operation.
