The Varioband 7 Edge-banding Machine incorporates a series of high-precision, operator-friendly, and performance-enhancing features designed to deliver exceptional edge banding quality from start to finish.

Its Upper–Lower Milling Unit, built with a patented design, trims the excess PVC tape on both the top and bottom edges of the panel, ensuring a clean and accurate finish. Equipped with dual 0.75 kW motors operating at 12,000 rpm, it maintains consistent trimming performance. The Printing Rolls apply mechanical pressure to bond the edge band firmly to the panel surface, creating a strong and durable adhesion.

The Head-End Cutting Unit, also developed with a patented system, precisely trims the excess tape at the front and rear of each workpiece. With a 0.55 kW, 12,000 rpm motor, it delivers efficient cutting accuracy for flawless edge completion. Machine operation is managed through a color touchscreen control panel with a Turkish-language interface, allowing the operator to activate and manage all units with ease.

Before gluing, the Pre-Milling Unit prepares the panel edges using two 2.2 kW, 12,000 rpm high-precision motors that eliminate irregularities, creating a perfectly smooth surface for improved tape adhesion. After milling and trimming, the Radius Scraping Unit removes marks left by milling cutters and corrects minor defects, enhancing the overall surface quality and visual appeal.

For corner processing, the Servo Motor Corner Rounding Unit provides smooth, symmetrical rounding on panel corners. Its servo-driven structure and 0.75 kW, 12,000 rpm motor ensure consistent shaping across all panel types. To maintain cleanliness and surface quality, the Glue Scraping Unit removes glue and edge band residues from the upper and lower sides of the workpiece.

The workflow is completed by the Polishing Unit, where felt wheels perform the final cleaning and polishing, leaving the panel with a refined, professional finish. Together, these features create an edge banding system that combines precision engineering, automated control, and superior finishing capabilities.
