The Masterpanel MP 85 is a Panel beam saw machine equipped with a series of modern, efficiency-driven features designed to enhance operator comfort, increase cutting precision, and streamline overall workflow.
Material handling is optimized through nine improved, servo-motor–driven pusher grippers, which ensure smooth, accurate, and stable feeding across all cutting operations. Panel movement is further supported by New Air Floatation Tables, offering increased air-cushion capacity for effortless sliding of large or delicate workpieces. Alignment accuracy is strengthened with the Double Side Aligner, which adjusts on both sides of the cutting line within a range of 70 to 1450 mm, ensuring perfect squaring before cutting begins.
To minimize downtime, the Pneumatic Quick Tool Changing System allows operators to replace saw blades rapidly and safely. Any operational issues are clearly presented through the 3D Malfunction Diagnosis System, which displays machine faults on the operator panel with visual clarity for fast corrective action. Operator awareness is further enhanced by the LED Machine State Indicator, providing an intuitive visual reference of machine status at all times.
User interaction is improved with the redesigned Improved Preface and an Ergonomic, Innovatively Designed Control Panel, both created to make machine operation more intuitive and efficient. For increased convenience during challenging cutting conditions, a Remote Control enables operators to manage essential functions without needing to reach the main panel.
Machine safety is ensured through full CE-Certified Protective Enclosures, providing secure perimeter protection around the cutting area.
