ORION - I SN Automatic Single Head PVC Welding Machine is a versatile automatic single head seamless–standard PVC welding machine designed for precise and reliable welding of plastic profiles across a wide range of angles. Built to support both seamless and standard welding, it delivers high-quality corner joints while maintaining efficiency and ease of operation.
Featuring pneumatic motion and the ability to weld profiles at angles between 30° and 180°, the ORION–I SN adapts easily to different frame designs and production requirements. Its one-button welding system replacement allows quick transitions between welding modes, minimizing downtime and simplifying operation. Automatic process start and finish further streamline the workflow and reduce operator workload.
Welding performance is controlled through digitally regulated heating with adjustable welding time and an electronic thermostat offering a temperature range from 0°C to 350°C. This ensures consistent heat distribution and strong, clean welds across all applications. Left and right profile supports and durable Teflon welding plates enhance stability, alignment, and surface quality.
Supplied with a special mold and operating on a three-phase power system, the ORION–I SN combines flexibility, precision, and dependable automation—making it an ideal solution for efficient PVC profile welding in modern window and door production lines.
