Featuring an automatic pneumatic operation system, the OMEGA is equipped with three high-frequency spindle motors that enable water discharge machining on three different axes. Upper and lower motors can be positioned at various angles, allowing drainage channels to be created at different angles and dimensions to match diverse profile designs. Motors can be operated independently or in paired configurations, selected easily via push-button controls based on profile type.

Setup and adjustment are fast and user-friendly. The machine allows easy adjustment of water discharge length and motor travel distances through a rotary adjustment mechanism, ensuring accurate machining across different profile dimensions. A button-activated safety clamp system securely holds profiles during operation, enhancing both precision and operator safety.
