What is the GARNET 8000 ?
The Garnet 8000 is an industrial-scale 3-axis CNC machining center engineered for the high-speed processing of oversized aluminum and PVC profiles up to 8 meters (8,000mm) in length. Designed for stability and throughput, it excels at drilling, milling, and tapping operations on the top surface of extra-long extrusions.The hallmark of the Garnet 8000 is its Double-Station (Pendulum) functionality. This feature allows the 8-meter bed to be split into two independent 4-meter working zones; while the CNC is machining a profile in Zone A, the operator safely loads Zone B. This creates a "zero-downtime" production cycle.

Designed as a true all-in-one machining solution, the GARNET XS 4 8000 seamlessly integrates milling, water channel opening, punching, marking, tapping, and end milling into a single automated workflow. Its generous 340 × 255 mm working area combined with an 8,000 mm X-axis machining length allows for efficient processing of long profiles with minimal repositioning, enhancing both productivity and operator convenience.
At the heart of the machine is a 5.6 kW liquid-cooled spindle with automatic tool replacement, supported by a 16-tool automatic linear magazine for fast, uninterrupted operation. Automatic tool measurement, barcode reading, and advanced CAM/CAD integration further streamline production and reduce setup times. Fully automatic clamp positioning along the X-axis removes manual adjustments, allowing the machine to take on the operator’s workload with consistent, repeatable accuracy.
Built for durability and precision, the double-linear guide bridge system provides superior rigidity compared to single-guide designs, minimizing vibration and ensuring high-quality machining results.
