The Galaxy IV is a high-efficiency 3-spindle copy router designed for simultaneous machining on three surfaces of aluminum and PVC profiles. Equipped with three independent 1.1 kW motors spinning at 12,000 RPM, it allows for routing lock slots, handle holes, and hinge channels without rotating the profile. This triple-motor configuration ensures perfect alignment across all surfaces while drastically reducing production time.

GALAXY IV Copy Router is a powerful 3-motor copy router machine engineered for precise lock, handle, hinge, latch slot, and channel opening operations on aluminum and plastic profiles. Designed for efficiency and flexibility, it enables machining on three different profile surfaces by rotating the profile delivering fast, accurate, and repeatable results.
Equipped with a special copy assembly, the GALAXY–IV ensures exact duplication of machining processes, while the ability to open various channels independently using profile gauges provides added versatility for both standard and custom applications. Its three independently operating motors allow simultaneous or independent milling on three surfaces, significantly reducing cycle times and boosting productivity.
Stability and precision are enhanced through pneumatic clamps that securely hold profiles during operation. An integrated cooling system improves tool life and surface quality, while the included profile gauge simplifies setup and ensures consistent alignment. The machine comes equipped with an 8 mm milling cutter and supports a range of cutter sizes for expanded application flexibility.
Supplied with a special copy assembly and 5–10 mm milling cutters as standard equipment, the GALAXY–IV combines multi-surface capability, speed, and accuracy making it an ideal solution for high-efficiency profile routing in modern fabrication environments.
