BMR-BP - Bank drawer shutter

Workbench with pneumatic tilting from 0˚ to 85˚.

This bench model allows the shutter box to be positioned with respect to the frame by means of an electrically positioned lifting platform.

Workbench specialized in the assembly of the shutter box. 

The bench features a height-adjustable platform to support the blind box at the correct height relative to the frame. This platform is independent of the table, so the inside of the box can be accessed when the window is tilted.

The legs have wheels guided by rails installed in the floor, allowing the table to be moved parallel to an equalizer from which the table is fed with frames. The table itself can accommodate the blind guides and the drip rail, in addition to the drawer itself.

Thanks to its open-front, pneumatically retractable roller comb, the windows can be moved directly into a vertical line where the blinds can be tested.
