APEX I A Automatic Hydraulic Aluminum Corner Crimping Machine is an automatic hydraulic aluminum corner crimping machine designed to deliver strong, precise, and consistent corner joints for aluminum profiles. Featuring a rising miter system, it ensures accurate alignment and superior crimping quality, even on wide and high-profile sections.

Built with a high-pressure–resistant steel plate construction and a powerful hydraulic operating system, the APEX–I A provides stable, reliable performance in demanding production environments. Automatic profile centering with miters and convenient profile rotation via the up/down movement of the centering miter simplify setup while reducing operator effort and error.

The machine allows easy adjustment of crimping blade distances according to profile geometry, ensuring optimal force application and clean corner joints. Supplied with both 7 mm and 5 mm crimping blade sets (each consisting of four blades), it offers flexibility for a wide range of aluminum profile designs. Left and right profile supports further enhance stability during operation.
