ORION - II SN Automatic Double Head Seamless-Standard PVC Welding Machineis an advanced automatic double-head seamless-standard PVC welding machine designed to deliver precise, reliable welding across a wide range of plastic profile applications. Engineered for flexibility, it enables welding at angles from 60° to 180° on one head, making it ideal for both standard and complex frame configurations.

Welding performance is controlled through digitally regulated heating, adjustable welding time, and an electronic thermostat with a temperature range from 0°C to 350°C, ensuring consistent, high-quality welds for different profile types. The machine achieves a clean and controlled welding burr size of 0.4–2 mm, providing excellent corner aesthetics and strength.

Built to accommodate diverse production needs, the ORION-II SN supports frame dimensions from 385 × 385 mm up to 3400 × 3400 mm, and processes profiles with heights up to 205 mm and widths up to 150 mm. Automatic process start and finish, combined with pneumatic motion, enhances productivity while reducing operator intervention.

Operational efficiency and stability are further supported by left and right profile supports, dual Teflon welding plates, and optional special molds for customized applications. With a compact yet robust design, 4.4 kW power capacity, and reliable pneumatic operation (6–8 bar air pressure), the ORION-II SN delivers dependable performance, flexibility, and precision—making it a powerful solution for modern PVC welding operations.
