The NOVA LX incorporates a range of advanced features designed to maximize precision, automation, and ease of operation across all stages of edge banding and panel processing.

It includes a touchscreen control system that allows independent management of each unit, supported by servo-controlled mechanisms for consistent accuracy and automatic adjustment to material thickness. The pressure roller system ensures optimal bonding of edge bands through one large and four small rollers that adapt automatically to different edge materials. A servo-driven entrance fence and rigid top pressure system with solid steel columns maintain stability, precision, and long-term reliability, while a distance setting piston protects the machine by preventing improper material feeding.

In terms of processing capability, the anti-adhesive unit prepares the panel surfaces by spraying a cleaning solution before further treatment. The pre-milling unit, controlled by servo motors, precisely trims up to 3 mm from the panel edge for a clean starting surface. The snipping unit automatically detects the panel edges and cuts the band to the correct length, while the servo-controlled milling and rounding units maintain uniform quality and allow seamless adjustment between different edge thicknesses.

For finishing, the radius scraper unit smooths the upper and lower edges to remove imperfections, the glue application unit eliminates any residual adhesive, and the buffing unit performs the final polish and cleaning. Lastly, the jumping grooving saw unit allows flexible grooving operations, offering both continuous and intermittent channels ranging from 3 to 10 mm.

Together, these features deliver an advanced, fully automated system that ensures durability, precision, and high-quality results throughout the production process.
