GARNET XS CNC Controlled Profile Machining Center is a high-performance 3+1 axis CNC machining center designed to deliver exceptional versatility and precision for processing aluminum and PVC profiles. Equipped with a spindle capable of operating at fixed angles of –90°, 0°, and +90°, it efficiently handles profiles of varying sizes while providing a broad range of machining solutions for both standard and specialized applications.

Engineered as an all-in-one machining solution, the GARNET XS seamlessly integrates milling, drain channel opening, punching, marking, and end milling into a single, efficient workflow. It is also capable of performing custom, non-standard operations, giving manufacturers the flexibility to meet unique production requirements. With a generous 320 × 255 mm processing area, the machine delivers smooth, reliable performance across all operations, enhancing overall user experience.

Productivity is maximized through a powerful 5.5 kW spindle motor with automatic tool replacement, allowing continuous, high-speed machining with minimal downtime. The built-in automatic tool magazine with an 8+1 tool capacity further reduces cycle times by enabling quick and seamless transitions between different operations.

To reduce operator workload and improve consistency, the GARNET XS features fully automatic clamp positioning along the X-axis, ensuring fast setup and repeatable accuracy. Capacity can be optimized on demand for non-standard profile processing by adjusting the size and number of clamps. An optional automatic lubrication system simplifies maintenance of transmission components, extending service life while preserving long-term accuracy.
