What is the Vega II M Manual Saw?

The Vega II M is a robust, manual miter saw featuring a 16-inch (400 mm) blade, specifically engineered for the clean and accurate cutting of aluminum, PVC, and wooden profiles. Unlike the automated "up-cut" models, the Vega II M uses a traditional top-down manual cutting motion, giving the operator maximum tactile control over the cutting speed and finish.

Engineered with safety in mind, the VEGA–II M features a double spring system and protective saw barrier, ensuring secure cutting throughout operation. Its impact-resistant cast core construction provides long-term durability, even in demanding working environments.

The machine allows manual cutting at any angle between –45° and +45°, along with preset fixed angles at 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, and 45° on both right and left sides. This flexibility enables accurate and repeatable cuts for a wide variety of applications and profile geometries.

Cutting stability and quality are enhanced by pneumatic vertical and horizontal clamps, which securely hold profiles in place during operation. Additional features such as an integrated cooling system, standard conveyor, and single-phase power supply make the VEGA–II M a practical, safe, and dependable choice for everyday profile cutting needs.
