A new linear bearing design with hardened metal-to-metal exterior surfaces allows the system to roll smoothly over vinyl dust and debris, while permanently sealed internal bearings remain impervious to dirt and contamination. These free-running bearings support higher motor speeds, improving throughput without sacrificing reliability. Added protection for motors, sensors, and cables further enhances long-term system durability.
