Operator convenience and safety are central to the DELTA’s design. A touchscreen control panel with process programming and large memory capacity allows quick setup and easy job repetition. Digitally adjustable saw blade travel distance adapts cutting strokes to the profile dimensions, optimizing cycle time and reducing waste. A fully enclosed protective cover with safety sensor ensures secure operation throughout the cutting process.

Material handling is supported by a heavy-duty conveyor system with a 500 kg carrying capacity and a standard 4-meter conveyor length, enabling efficient workflow for high-volume production.
