ORION - IV Automatic Four Head Welding Machine is a high-performance automatic four-head welding machine engineered for simultaneous welding of all four corners of plastic profiles with exceptional accuracy and consistency. Designed for high-volume production, it delivers fast cycle times while maintaining superior weld quality across a wide range of frame sizes and profile dimensions.
Equipped with an advanced quadruple welding unit, ORION-IV uses digitally controlled heating with an electronic thermostat adjustable from 0°C to 350°C, ensuring uniform and homogenous heat distribution across all four corners. Adjustable welding time and precise heat control allow the machine to adapt easily to different profile types while achieving a consistent welding burr size of 0.2 mm.
Built for flexibility, ORION-IV supports frame dimensions from 350 × 410 mm up to 2650 × 4110 mm, and processes profiles with heights from 40 to 200 mm and widths from 30 to 150 mm. Its process programming and large memory capacity enable quick job changes and repeatable production, making it ideal for both standard and customized manufacturing.
Operational efficiency is enhanced with optional and integrated features such as a barcode reader, profile holding and cooling unit, gasket pressing system, and safety barrier with sensor. With robust electrical performance (14.75 kW power, 400V) and reliable pneumatic operation (6–8 bar air pressure), the ORION-IV delivers powerful, precise, and dependable welding setting the standard for advanced PVC corner welding solutions.
